Celebrating pisco, Peru’s national drink has become Inti’s obsession. It started with the pisco sour; a cocktail invented in the early 1920s in Lima, the capital of Peru. A great pisco sour has the perfect balance of liquor, citrus, bitters, and sweetness, but we wanted to go one better and started infusing our piscos by steeping fruits in the liquor for weeks at a time. We now offer flavored piscos ranging from passion fruit to strawberry to hibiscus and purple corn.
